I draw from a blend of approaches, including Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness techniques, tailoring them to your unique needs. Each person’s journey is different, and my goal is to provide the personalized support you need. I’m passionate about working with individuals and couples on challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship issues, self-esteem, and more. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I also consider the larger systems around you-family, community, and society-and how they shape your experiences.
